The interior concept development originates in the concept of cuisine, which core ingredient is artisanal cheese. The conception of space is based on an indirect association with the farm but rethought in a modern minimalist way.
The premises’ walls are painted white and grey, the universal colors. The main accent in the interior is a green color and lightwood: the design is meant to unite both halls.
Tables and a bar counter are made of concrete and wooden plates. These materials are an excellent backdrop for beautiful dishes thanks to their simplicity. The ash of warm color and brass details complement the white walls and make the interior cozy.
All the furniture in the hall, except for the chairs, is designed and made according to our sketches.
